Managing director, Robert Vander Woerd, great-grandson of founder Edward Palmer Mallory, grew up in the company. He now oversees a staff of 35, who have more than 200 years of experience in the jewellery and luxury accessories markets. The wealth of experience steadfastly remains at the heart of the business where employees have often served a lifetime, which ensures the continuing success of the business.
