RETURNS POLICY
We are confident you will love your Mallory purchase, however should you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days, where we will be happy to arrange an exchange, or a full refund for you.
All returned items must be unworn and in their orignal condition.Please email us as online@mallory-jewellers.com stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the Mallory packaging in which the item was delivered. We recommend that returns are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
