We offer complimentary next day delivery for online orders required to be shipped within the United Kingdom. Orders placed before 14:00 GMT Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day excluding Saturdays and Bank Holidays.

We are confident you will love your Mallory purchase, however, should you change your mind you can return your item within 14 days where we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you.
All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. Please email us at online@mallory-jewellers.com stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the Mallory packaging in which the item was delivered. We recommend that returns be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
Extended Christmas Returns 2025
Any unwanted gifts bought from us online or in person between Saturday 29th November and Wednesday 24th December 2024 can be returned for a full refund or exchange until Tuesday 6th January 2025.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on special orders or personalised items.
Sale goods purchased in person are non-refundable.
